Ana Monteiro has a Masters of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy. She has roughly 10 years of work experience throughout which she has conducted various environmental field studies at international standards and been an environmental consultant for project development.
Helder Andrade has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Wind Energy. His previous professional experience include executing the functions of University Professor at UniCV, of technician at the utility company Electra and of Supervisor at Electric Wind during the implementation of the Santo Antão wind farm.
Neusa Varela is trained in Office Secretary and Management Support by the Institute of Labour and Professional Training in Cabo Verde. Previously, she has executed receptionist functions in various institutions.
